Pet Box Special Collection Review

My cats are super antisocial lately because they know something is up with the move. Fortunately it's not all that far, but they're not going to be thrilled about a car journey. So when I got an email from Pet Box promoting a special collection they had, I signed up. I figure maybe they'll be distracted by toys. I don't have pictures, though, because they wouldn't come down and play until much later.

PetBox Review: April 2015

The cats have been antisocial lately. I couldn't even get them to come downstairs for the unboxing of their newest PetBox. She came down for a bit, then got bored and wandered off, and he eventually showed up when he thought there may be food.

Temptations Snacky Mouse Review

IMPORTANT NOTE: I posted my review on the Temptations site as expected from Influenster, giving them a four star rating because this was a fail for us as you will see but may work for others. Temptations decided to remove my review and will not respond to customer service contact. I have decided no longer to purchase their products, as I do not support unethical businesses that behave this way. I think people should be aware when companies only want praise and not honest feedback. This may explain why they have so many recalls, because they don't care about anything but publicity and scamming consumers.

I am ashamed to admit this, but we have discovered that our cats are dumb. I love them very much and they are my babies, so I am sure this is the same sad feeling parents have when they realize their son, whom they really hoped would be the star quarterback, decides he hates football.

When Influenster sent me an email saying that we (well, our cats) had been selected to sample and review the new Snacky Mouse from Temptations, I was excited. My cats love Temptations treats and they love boxes now so this would be perfect. We received a big yellow box and I called the cats when I was coming inside to get them excited.

PetBox Review: March 2015

I'm not sure how they know, but the cats are always ready for their boxes. My husband brought the Petbox in from the porch and almost immediately they both came running and then waited by the box. They are spoiled enough to hope every box is for them, but they were insistent that this one definitely was.

KitNip Box Review: March 2015

It's that time again! The kitties get their subscription box. KitNip Box is such a great treat, because the cats get snacks and toys - and a portion of the sales goes to animal charities. My first month was Brooklyn/NY, last month was Philly, and this month is close to home in Boston! It makes sense for March to be a Boston box, with St. Patrick's Day coming up. Of course, the cats don't care at all which city is featured, as long as they can play! :)

They aren't very patient!!

Pet Box Review: February 2015

Pet Box recently had a deal on Groupon, so I signed up. My cats get very demanding when they have to wait too long for boxes addressed to them! Of course, most of their orders arrived at the same time, so they still have to wait a bit for their next deliveries.

One thing I really liked about Pet Box (besides the fact that they donate to rescue pets) is that you can get a surprise box OR you can order items with credits. Since we had a bunch of boxes coming for the cats, I decided to choose my own selection this month, selecting items that they would like.

KitNipBox Review: February 2015

KitNipBox is the subscription I originally signed up for on behalf of my cats, as it seemed to have a decent option for more than one cat and I also liked that they donate a portion to an animal charity. This month's charity was Philadoptables, a volunteer organization that helps animals in the city shelters.

The box comes with the card about the charity and each of the items on top, and all the cat treats wrapped below it!

Purr Packs Review: February 2015

Purr Packs is a subscription box for your cats. They offer several subscription levels, from basic plans for one cat through deluxe plans for multiple cats. My kitties were very happy to be selected to review a box!

The box arrived and was addressed to my cats. Our male cat came right over to open it, although we told him he needed to wait to share with his sister. Here he is, not so patiently waiting for her to wake up and come join us for the unboxing.
