I had received a review box from Send Me Gluten Free last month, so I didn't anticipate a second one this month. Therefore, when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not strict about gluten (in fact, I make a batch of seitan every week now and that's pure gluten), but I am always open to foods that are more conscious of being healthy and natural. I also figure anything I can't use that is gluten-free is something I can give to my sister. (I am mailing her the envelope full of coupons, because she will be more likely to make a point of using brands that are gluten-free.)

South Beach Diet Good to Go Bars Product Review
I was sent a box of South Beach Diet® Good to Go bars to review as part of a promotional campaign. This is a new product aligned with the South Beach Diet®, but you don't have to be on the diet to enjoy them.
For anyone unfamiliar with the South Beach Diet®, it's really about a lifestyle. They claim to be "devoted to eating healthy and living life to the fullest," so the introduction of new products to help you do that makes sense.
All of the NEW South Beach Diet® Good to Go Bars are high in fiber with extra protein, contain eight grams of sugar or less, and have no artificial flavors or sweeteners. I was impressed at the fact that they're actually tasty, since usually diet bars taste like it. These won't replace my junky granola bars, but they're definitely tasty and would be easy to integrate into a healthier lifestyle.

Send Me Gluten Free Review: February 2015 (with Giveaway and Coupon!)
As I recently said with Taste Guru, I don't follow a gluten-free diet, but my sister does and I know she struggles to find good food that's healthy, tasty, and fits her diet. I love that there are subscription boxes for gluten-free diets and my experience has been that they really do understand the challenges! This box from Send Me Gluten Free was sent to us for review, and we also have a coupon code for anyone looking to order and a chance to win a free box! The giveaway is at the end of this post.
On top of the box was an envelope with coupons and information about some of the products. I like that you are given a chance to try additional products or to order more of what's in the box with this packet.
