Fit Snack Review: March 2015

Although I'm not always one for "healthy" snacks (I tend to eat like a child, I admit), I have been very impressed by Fit Snack, since they always pack their boxes so full and the snacks are often tasty, while still being healthy.

This month wasn't my favorite, because I couldn't eat half of the items but I did reach out to Fit Snack, since they're usually very responsive to customers, to see if there was a way to set up my account to include only items that were vegetarian/vegan. I haven't heard back yet, but as soon as I do, I will let you all know! (I am actually pausing a ton of my subs for a couple months due to the move, but I look forward to going back to this as soon as I am settled.)

The first item I saw was beef jerky, so obviously I couldn't eat that. I'm sure it's good if you eat beef, but it will be passed along to someone who does.

Fit Snack Review: February 2015

Although I'm not super conscious of eating high protein foods or snacks for an active lifestyle, I was very impressed with Fit Snack last month, so I decided to subscribe for a month on my own to see what I thought. Since Protein Bakery wasn't included this month, it was a definite letdown, although it's still packed to the brim. Let's review.

For starters, I got this awesome bag, but I'm not sure if it was because I used our blog link to sign up for my subscription. This is sturdy and quite spacious. I really like this bag!

FitSnack Review: January 2015

FitSnack is a new subscription box for people trying to integrate fitness into their snacking or snacking into their fitness plan! These snacks are not just healthy, but are balanced for wellness. FitSnack uses only items that fit their standards, which they call "The Perfect 10." This means items meet ten criteria - high in protein, full of complex carbohydrates, low in sugar, GMO- and gluten-free, organic, sustainable, clean, and suitable for Paleo and raw food diets. Not every snack will be able to hit all ten, of course, but the idea is that the box is balanced to cover them all.

We were sent a box to review from FitSnack (and you can enter to win your own here!). You can also use our specific link and, as a thanks to you, you will get an awesome jute bag free with your order (photo of bag featured at end of post)!
